Now that it has been about a week since Pack Expo ended, it is a good time to do a quick recap.
We had many interesting conversations with different people working in the food industry. One of the most intriguing discussion was regarding the full automation of Critical Control Points, rejection confirmations and how important those will be in the future.
One thing is for sure; the trend that was set by large retail chains regarding the automation of the whole production and product inspection is finally reaching all food producers.
The interest towards the benefits of rejection confirmation was huge at this year’s Pack Expo, but we are not surprised. We are happy to see that many food producers have recognized the benefits of having a fully automated CCPs with inspection, rejection and rejection confirmations.
Overall, we had very pleasant time at Pack Expo. We encountered so many interesting topics, as said earlier, as well as new and exciting co-operation opportunities. It is great to see that exhibitions are not completely out-of-date yet, and it is still valuable to make the effort to participate.
”Every time I come home from an exhibition with pockets full of leads and new co-operation opportunities, it gives me an energy boost because I know that during the next months, our time is going to be spent on something that really matters – growing our partner network, gaining new customers and strengthening the bond between our existing customers.”
